If you're ready to inspire, lead, and make a difference, we want to hear from you!As our Learning and Development Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:Develop a training framework for the organisation, including tailored programmes, online tools, and face-to-face activities. Manage and deliver training sessions, workshops, and meetings as needed.Plan an annual training calendar, maintain a training database, and manage the training budget.Support employee skill development to enhance work quality, satisfaction, and retention. Provide guidance to leaders in developing their teams.Review and improve training processes by monitoring employee performance and feedback. Conduct evaluations to refine strategies and stay updated on the latest tools and resources.Update and promote the digital learning platform to inspire a culture of self-driven learning. Use insights to identify and address skill gaps.About You:At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of effective teaching methods and tools.Ability to develop and deliver training in key areas such as leadership, management, performance management, recruitment, wellbeing, resilience, and Microsoft applications (including SharePoint and in-house systems after training).Experience creating online learning programs.Proven ability to manage responsibilities, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.Skilled in building and maintaining relationships at all levels of an organisation.Advanced facilitation and group leadership skills.This role is a permanent full-time role, based at our Napier office.
