Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, this role will advance our People Strategy through the implementation of organisational development initiatives and learning programs.
You will play a crucial role in embedding these initiatives and enhancing organisational capability.
Leading a team of talented learning and organisational development professionals, you will support the integration of strategic outcomes and help guide Watercare through a significant period of change.
In this role you will be: Leading, developing, and coaching the learning team to set them up for success Collaborating with and providing expertise across the business to meet current and future capability needs on all aspects of learning and organisational developing to support our workforce and implementing the People strategy Building and sustaining trusted relationships with industry professionals, professional bodies and suppliers Identifying, developing, implementing and embedding effective and reliable core learning functions and programs to drive culture, capability, and performance Establishing and embedding appropriate systems, processes and training in place to meet our audit requirements Ensuring learning outcomes are measurable and deliver tangible results and optimise ROI demonstrating the impact of initiatives We're looking for someone who loves getting the best out of their team and getting meaningful work done.
In this role you will bring: Experience leading a L&OD team in a similarly large and complex environment Ability to engage and influence at all levels Strong coaching and relationship management skills Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
