The Learning and Development Specialist – Region 2 can be based at either our Wintec | Te Pukenga division in Kirikiriroa | Hamilton or our Toi Ohomai | Te Pukenga division in Rotorua.
This role will be reporting to the Regional Organisational and Development Manager and will be responsible for: Providing subject matter expertise and delivery across the region to enable high quality learning and development (L&D) Design, develop and deliver regional L&D activities and solutions, including needs analysis, design, development, curation, delivery, evaluation, and facilitation Support and grow our culture, and equity and inclusion initiatives and practices in our L&D programme of work The appointing salary for this role will be between $87,300 - $109,100, dependent on skills and experience.He korero mou| About you Experience in a similar position, providing expert insight and L&D delivery at a senior level Demonstrated experience in development and utilising L&D frameworks, policies and standards Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Advance us of Adobe Suite, Articulate Studio, web technology and new technologies in AI and UX, HRIS applications.

As tertiary providers, we deliver high-quality training to akonga | learners every year who are studying vocational courses across many fields from certificate to degree, postgraduate and master's level.
