We are seeking a dedicated Full-time Learning and Development Coordinator to lead all aspects of our training and development initiatives, ensuring the highest quality learning experiences for our team. About the Role: As our Learning and Development Coordinator, you will report to and work closely with the Director of Human Resources to design and implement the annual Learning and Development plan. You will be instrumental in gaining the support and engagement of department heads across the hotel, ensuring that our training programs are aligned with our goals and standards. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of our training center while being a key member of the HR department. You will have the autonomy to drive initiatives independently, while also benefiting from collaboration and support from Learning and Development teams across our properties and the Corporate office. What We're Looking For: We are searching for an experienced Learning and Development professional ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment, values teamwork, and is equally comfortable working independently. You should be energetic, passionate, curious, and possess a positive outlook. About you: Minimum of 2 years ' experience as a trainer within the hospitality sector. Immaculate grooming and exceptional English communication skills. Ability to connect with and inspire a diverse group of learners. Experience facilitating group training, including Orientation, Supervisory/Management, Customer Service, and Legal Compliance Training. Proven ability to promote and deliver brand and corporate training to large groups. Strong self-starter with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. A collaborative team player who can work effectively with key stakeholders. Role is office based , be able to work in a fast-paced work environment and to be agile at all times.
