Job Title: Learning and Development Business Partner Location: Auckland CBD Opportunity for an experienced Learning Specialist/Business Partner to join a national team with a global brand.

Key Responsibilities:Build strong trust relationships with key stakeholdersInput to strategy and strategy deliveryLead the delivery of national learning programsBudget managementEvent and conference managementSupplier managementTraining needs analysis and some program designAdult learning facilitationCome and be part of a national Learning and organisational development team that delivers the core learning framework and annual calendar- manage a portfolio and get involved in exciting projects!
