This role is pivotal in achieving the company's long-term success by creating tailored training programmes to expand the talents and skills of their employees. The focus of these initiatives is on developing leadership capabilities, management skills, productivity tools, personal career development, and adopting industry best practices.
What you'll do:
Identify learning and development needs aligned with the company's goals
Plan, coordinate and implement effective training programmes
Evaluate the success of learning and development initiatives through feedback analysis
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality internal learning materials
Provide facilitated learning, coaching and mentoring as required
Manage provider relationships ensuring quality, time and cost measures are met
What you bring:
Proven experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs
Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate solutions
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in implementing and managing learning management systems (LMS)
Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and multimedia content creation
Up-to-date knowledge of learning technologies and trends in the L&D field
