We're looking for a Learning & Development Administrator for half a week to join our talented team.
Reporting to the HR Director, this role coordinates internal learning and development events.
This is a busy and interesting role that provides exposure to internal learning programmes.
The role works closely with our professional support lawyers to provide a comprehensive learning programme.
You will also maintain and update our Client Management Reporting (CRM) and Continued Professional Development (CPD) records database and support in the delivery of reporting from these systems.
Your key responsibilities include: Working with the HR team in supporting the partners, directors and managers to roll-out development opportunities across technical, personal and professional arenas.
Key functions include firm-wide training programme administration and CPD database management.
General support to both the events and HR team, as well as the broader business development team as required.
You will have: Ability to work under pressure Excellent client relationship, task and time management skills, Ability to organise and roll-out training programmes, and Natural ability to establish strong relationships, build credibility and influence for positive outcomes There is flexibility on the days and hours that this role works but would require at least three days per week.
