You will be responsible for managing small streams of work to the required quality standards. This includes hands-on test engineering, technical coaching and mentoring of other team members, and frequent collaboration with the Quality Lead for your stream of work.This is a fast-paced and exciting Lead Test Engineer position where you will be developing automated test capability for one of our most critical and complex applications. We have a strong Test Engineering community; our Lead Test Engineers are encouraged to contribute to the broader community by sharing their expertise and providing thought leadership to inform the strategic direction of test automation at ACC.Mou | About youHave 6+ years' experience in software testing and 4 years of this in a Senior or Lead Test Engineer roleMinimum 2 years in a Lead Test Engineer roleSkilled in UI and API automation, you have solid experience in Java, Selenium, API testing, GIT, Azure Pipelines and DevOps practicesBe comfortable doing hands-on test automation in an existing Java/Selenium based framework (designing, coding, running, debugging, reporting, code reviewing, etc)Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical team membersMust have demonstrable, practical experience in coaching/mentoringAbility to drive continuous improvement alongside project delivery - you will work with other lead engineers to improve and drive best practices in test automation at ACCExperience working in different delivery methodologies (SAFe, waterfall, hybrid)Confidence to raise risks and highlight unrealistic expectations/timelines as neededMo ACC | Working at ACC:The base salary range for this role is $101,287 to $142,993 with a starting salary within range depending on skills and experience of the successful applicant.
