Lead Recruitment Consultant - Temporary Division Recruitment - Agency (Human Resources & Recruitment)

$100,000 – $120,000 per year plus commission

Rare opportunity to create something special. Work towards management and profit share. Our client is diversifying and wants to find someone who has the appetite to be at the forefront of something exciting: the build of a new division in white collar temporary recruitment.

As part of a wider team, where maturity and work ethic are evident, you will be given the scope and mandate to advance your notable skills in the area of white collar temporary recruitment. Operating in the fast-moving temporary market of the wider Office Support sector, you will have a genuine willingness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. Bring your wealth of I.P. to the brand and enjoy a more measured and mature approach to recruitment. The average working week will focus on client and candidate engagement with a real willingness to make a difference. You will be all about attracting candidates and engaging new clients while filling assignments. To gain maximum satisfaction, you will want to own this space, have a passionate attitude, and a desire to be a high performer. You are the lead, and if you build it, they will come—a real opportunity to rise to GM status in time. The success of these roles is based on personality type and a can-do attitude. You get out of it what you put into it.
A newly created division is being built, and they want you to be the architect. Knowing and managing the challenges and the market is essential. It is all about getting out there, engaging new and existing clients, and building scale around those relationships while getting the business done.
You must be someone who embraces:
Working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
Understanding white collar temporary recruitment
Business Development
Identifying talent in the market and filling roles in a timely manner.
