About the role Timely and SalonBiz serve over 24,000 customers in 100 countries and are on a mission to build the leading platform for beauty professionals.
Together we make up EverWell, an EverCommerce vertical.
We offer SaaS solutions to a variety of customer sizes and types within the beauty industry, and we've got big goals and are ready to achieve them.

As an Everwell Lead Product Designer, you'll drive UX outcomes through world-class product design for Timely (desktop and mobile).
This role involves engaging with users through a human-centered approach, cross-functional collaboration, working cross-product, mentoring junior designers, and standing up practice improvements.
We want someone who passionately advocates for users, and is experienced and comfortable with a fast-paced high-growth environment.
This means you'll be given ownership and great responsibility.
Ultimately, you'll be increasing value for our users, contributing to EverWell's product vision and goals – and enabling a product design organisation to also do the same.
Responsibilities Driving measurable UX outcomes via standing up practice improvements (e.g., design system and practices, journey management practice, etc.)
Working with design systems, design tokens ensuring the wider adoption of design system in designs we create.
Advocating accessibility standards in new components.
Mentoring & coaching more junior team members, new onboards, and stakeholders.
Identifying product design practice gaps and standing up improvements to close them.
Delivering world-class product design for complex products that are superior to our benchmarks, in a collaborative team environment.
Solving the right user problems, with the right solution through an insights-based approach.
Identifying opportunities for cross-product synergy – e.g., solving problems for multiple actors in a system at one time.
Planning UX activities that maximize outcomes at every step, and partnering with product management, engineering, product marketing, and UX research across the journey.
Planning and conducting UX research to discover problem spaces and define + prioritize specific problems within them.
Defining UX success metrics that align to product and company goals and standing up tracking for those, for each piece of work.
Ensuring cross-team alignment via no-surprises communication, facilitating group activities where appropriate (e.g., co-design), playing back research findings, showing work in progress, and clearly articulating the why and connection to user need/problem.
