We are looking for a passionate occupational health nurse to lead the growth and further development of the occupational branch of the business. You will have the opportunity to have your say and be directly involved in the development of the service and team around you.

About the position
This is a great opportunity for an experienced occupational nurse wanting to develop further in their career, or someone coming from leadership wanting the autonomy and ability to expand a service. The role will be fluid and is suitable for someone eager to develop and be open to change and adapting to your environment, with a passion for this sector and the work being done within it. The role will be a mixture of hands-on clinical, training, growth of the service and team leadership in the long term.
Hands-on clinical work and contracts could include but are not limited to:
Workplace assessments, patient education
Blood tests, vaccinations, drug testing, audiometry, spirometry
Well health checks, pre-employment medicals
Skills & Experience
Current Nursing registration and APC with the New Zealand Nursing Council
Prior experience within Occupational Health is required
Advantageous to have previous leadership experience
Motivated and eager to develop yourself and others in an expanding position
Comfortable to travel for work, with a full clean driver's license
Strong communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and also independently
