ABOUT THE ROLE The Lead Mechanical Engineer at Fabrum will play a key role in our development of best practice systems and processes, helping to lead the team and drive innovation. You will have the opportunity to: Develop cutting-edge solutions for world-leading projects, including hydrogen refueling stations and liquefiers. Help develop best practice systems and processes, and drive a continuous improvement culture. Provide technical expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting support to resolve complex engineering problems. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the design and manufacturing processes. Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a collaborative team environment. ABOUT YOU Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree (or higher studies). 7+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Ability to collaborate across teams and regions, and proactively interact with Project Managers, discipline engineers, and designers to deliver successful outcomes. EXPOSURE A BENEFIT Process engineering experience (oil & gas or similar). Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
