The Opportunity Opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Finance Business Partner to join this dynamic, New Zealand wide not-for-profit, based out of Christchurch.
This role will involve working closely with regional Finance Partners, General Managers and Senior Leadership to provide strategic financial guidance and support.
You will play a crucial role in driving improved financial performance, supporting process improvements to enhance efficiencies, and leading the development and review of business cases alongside the SLT.

The Role Partner with regional managers to develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across all regions.
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial efficiency and effectiveness.
Support fundraising and grant management activities.
Your Profile Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a national or complex organisation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience preparing and presenting business cases Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to quickly build relationships Proficiency in financial software and tools with a particular focus on Budgeting, forecasting and analysis Ability to work collaboratively across multiple regions A relevant finance or accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA) For more information about this role, please contact Christopher Cluse on ******** or Tom Askham on ******** .
