You will champion effective work methods within Technology and Operations by actively coaching and supporting the team. You'll be instrumental in developing delivery frameworks that suit our needs, working closely with diverse delivery teams to instil best practices and foster a high-performance delivery culture. Your duties also include adapting industry-leading delivery practices to create IAG-specific standard delivery models, frameworks, and approaches. Beyond that, you'll be hands-on in coaching both technical and non-technical leaders, along with key stakeholders, promoting agile practices, principles, roles, scaled agile methodologies, and collaborative team approaches.

This is a full-time, permanent role that is open to people based anywhere in New Zealand, to all major cities, and involves a hybrid work model.

We're looking for a Lead Delivery Coach who can thrive in a consistently changing environment, bringing great collaboration skills, a strong contribution mindset, and a knack for creativity. The candidate should also have the following relevant experience:

Experience in leading agile ways of working for a portfolio - multiple teams of teams Experience in leading agile ways of working in complex environments, using pragmatic and fit for purpose approaches. Proven experience, presence, and interpersonal skills that enable you to inspire, motivate, and influence at all levels (particularly senior/executive level) Coaching, mentoring, and communication skills which enable you to uplift the capability of others and influence a desired outcome. Demonstrated experience in coaching agile and lean ways of working, in organisations of varying size and complexity. Expert knowledge of different delivery frameworks and can apply them pragmatically to suit different contexts. Significant experience of leading delivery framework development, deployment, and embedment within complex corporate environments. Relevant industry or specialism qualifications e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, DaD, Kaizen etc. Extensive experience of enabling organisations to use Jira at scale to support their uplift in delivery practices.
