Bar & Beverage Staff (Hospitality & Tourism) We want the best coffee Brewer in town! We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a part of the Sisters and Co store by running our coffee window. About Us:   We offer more than just fashion. Located in the heart of Mount Maunganui, our store is all about the experience, with our coffee window adding to the unique and inviting space. The Role:   We need a Lead Barista and an Experienced Back Up to work together across 7 days. You will be a high energy team, creating a memorable experience to everybody you come across. We need a dynamic duo who is impactful. You will be responsible for the complete running of the cafe window, preparing and serving a variety of coffee and cabinet food, and maintaining the health and safety standards.  Key Responsibilities: Brewing the best coffee in town Having all our customers leave in a better mood than when they arrived Looking after the 4 legged creatures with dog treats and water Keeping a sparkling clean surroundings Adding value to the hustle and bustle of Sisters and Co Creating a vibe that is envied by all Requirements: We need you to ideally start 20th May Pushing out the Sisters and Co coffee window on Social Media You need to be on you're a-game, people need their caffeine fast and on point The window is open, 7 days - 7am to 3pm, including public holidays – how you manage these hours and days will be up to the Lead Barista.  Please note – this job requires a decent level of real life experience (minimum 2 years).
