Job Description:

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve any issues.3. Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers.4. Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and understanding, striving to create a positive customer experience.5. Input and update customer information in the database accurately.6. Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas.7. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall team goals.8. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.9. Follow established scripts and procedures to ensure consistency in customer interactions.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong attention to detail.4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.5. Persuasion skills to influence customer decision-making.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.8. Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
