We're looking for a Land Information Memorandum Officer to join our high performing Building Services team.
What you'll be doing / He aha te mahi
You'll be undertaking Land Information Memoranda research, investigation and compilation ensuring it is completed within the statutory timeframes and processed accurately.
The role will involve:
Ensuring that all legislative requirements are adhered to
Retrieval of appropriate and relevant property information using numerous electronic databases and hard copy resources including QLDC operating systems, GIS, District Plan, Hazard Maps, building and subdivision files
Liaising with other council departments
Dealing with customer enquiries, providing an excellent level of customer service
Providing backup to the PIM team when required
What you'll bring to the role / Ko wai to Pukeka
You will have two years' experience in a building environment or administrative role and have an understanding of the LIM process. You will have a high level of computer literacy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
To best succeed in this role, you'll have:
Experience working in a team environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
