Lamb Yards (Nightshift)

Progressive Meats are looking for staff who are a cut above the rest!
We are a family-owned, leading edge toll processor of Lamb and Beef in the sunny Hawke's Bay.
We are on the lookout for a Night Shift Yardmen (or lady) to join a small team of Yardmen in our Lamb Yards.
You will be responsible for ensuring livestock deliveries run seamlessly and all stock are present and ready for slaughter.
Effective communication, attention to detail and record keeping are all important skills, while good stockmanship and a willingness to assist with general stock work is needed for this role.
This role would best suit a shepherd, however, anyone with previous livestock experience would be considered.
Unfortunately, due to Overseas Export Market Access, we cannot allow working dogs in our yards or on-site.
