Laboratory Manager - Shropshire (On Site)
Day to day running of the Laboratory:
Lead an exceptional team
Provide excellent service to all Customers of The Laboratory
Develop a safe, efficient and predictable testing and validation processing environment
Maintain robust financial control of the Laboratory business unit
Create a positive and energetic culture consistent with the values of the organisation and focused on delivering an exceptional experience for customers
Number of staff supervised: 4
PERSON SPECIFICATION You must have strong Laboratory and people skills, as the foundation to lead in a technically challenging and service-driven environment, and also possess the enthusiasm and positivity that inspires those around you. Furthermore, ideal candidates will display the confidence and diplomacy to manage demanding customer requirements within a highly regulated environment and be motivated by the challenge of achieving new heights.
Your Experience: 5 years minimum experience in a Laboratory or Testing leadership role
Excellent knowledge and track record of interpreting, testing and validating UK, EU and International product requirements and standards
Strong project management and problem-solving experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office; any other computer skills would be beneficial but not essential
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
