Our business is continuously growing which has led to the creation of this role. This is a full-time permanent role with a 40-hour work week. As a KiwiSaver Adviser, you will: Meet with customers who are already interested in understanding how to get the best out of their KiwiSaver either in their home, workplace, video call or over the phone. Provide limited-scope advice on the features and benefits of KiwiSaver and explain the different fund options available to them. Help customers grow their knowledge and savings and achieve the lifestyle they want in retirement. Be a trusted advisor by providing accurate product information and ensuring compliance requirements are met. Obtain referrals from your customers of others interested in understanding more about their KiwiSaver. Network, build relationships and participate in various events to further grow your reach within the community. Add value by being accessible throughout changes in your customer's life circumstances. About You Are you a finance enthusiast or thinking about becoming a KiwiSaver Adviser? Do you have an interest in financial wellbeing, KiwiSaver, and Investments? You will thrive here if you are: Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset – You like the thought of being out of the office, structuring and managing your own day. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy meeting new people, building authentic relationships, networking, and getting yourself out there in your community. Process focused – You know the importance of following processes; you commit to retaining high standards and doing the right thing by your customer. Growth mindset – You're positive & optimistic by nature, you welcome feedback, change and view most experiences in life as learning opportunities. More specific to the role, you will also have: Previous sales experience, i.e. Sales, BDM, Relationship Manager, Broker, Adviser, Recruiter. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals & targets. Exposure to Financial Services (Banking, KiwiSaver, Mortgages, Insurance, Real estate, Banking, or Investments) would be highly beneficial but not essential. Strong rapport and relationship-building skills, with a key focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Excel in communication, including the ability to convey complex information to customers and colleagues. An interest in completing your Level 5 financial services certificate – paid by us. A clean credit and police check is essential. Your own vehicle to enable you to complete the role. What's in it for you? Support: You will receive full support of a sales team booking your appointments, following up your referrals as well as an admin team who manage all the administration, onboarding, and compliance. Learning and Development: Training and development that will set you up as a KiwiSaver Adviser. We will also pay for your level 5 financial services certificate if you haven't completed it already.
