Salesforce Senior Functional Consultant

About the RoleAs Senior Functional Consultant, you will use your extensive, hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions first and foremost. You'll directly engage in the solution sell, drawing out the customer need and offer a resolution leveraging the breadth of the Salesforce application. You will work closely with local sales and customer advocacy teams in pre-sales activities as a subject matter expert in bid or tender engagements.What you'll doYou will lead teams to implement Salesforce solutions for our customers.Work across projects with high profile clients, building and solidifying trusting relationships with our clientsSalesforce solution design including business analysis, and leading customer workshopsMentor, lead and support other team membersConfigure Salesforce products to support your consulting activitiesPost-implementation support of customer environments.What you'll bringWe would expect you to have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Salesforce delivery management, business analysis, and technology implementation. You'll ideally have come from an ICT professional services business in a customer facing role.You will be able to demonstrate the below:Broad knowledge of the Salesforce platform to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a Salesforce solutionExcellent communication skills - both written and presentational - to succinctly convey key messages to different audiencesSolution design (functional & broad technical)Broad knowledge of IT Technologies and other MS Office ApplicationsPractical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce controls #J-18808-Ljbffr
