Job Description:About the Role:
At Summerset, we place high value on providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents and visitors. To provide this, we have implemented a new food strategy to enhance the overall dining experience for our residents and visitors. Therefore, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant who has a genuine interest in providing quality services. This is a PART TIME ROLE working a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight. Your responsibilities will include:
Following the requirements of the Food Control Plan to ensure that all elements are completed as documentedCleaning of all kitchen surfaces including washing dishes and removing rubbish from the kitchenWorking with the chef to unload and put away stockSupporting the chef with food preparation Qualifications:About You:
You will be outgoing, friendly and have a can-do attitude accompanied by great communication skills. To be successful you will bring:
Top class customer service to ensure a great experience for our residents and their guestsThe ability to provide high quality and timely support for the Chef Additional Information:Our aim is to create a great employee experience, to collaborate to find ways to improve, and to support each other.
