We are looking for a vibrant programme SUPERVISOR to lead our Before School, After School Programme and School Holiday Programmes at Marshland School.
For the SUPERVISOR role you MUST be able to work alongside the staff and children between ALL the hours of 7:30am – 8:30am & 2:30pm – 6:00pm weekdays during school terms (22.5hrs) & up to 53 hours per week (Weekdays) over the school holiday periods.The Supervisor would be responsible for planning age-appropriate activities which enthuse and engage the children, making good use of both the indoor and outdoor environment and communicating with parents. You need the ability to problem solve situations and behaviour issues and follow through on agreed solutions in a positive manner with parents, staff and management.
Kidsbase offers the successful applicants a comprehensive induction and orientation programme including key industry training and first aid certification if required.
