What we offer: Competitive salary package including staff benefitsExcellent team cultureOngoing training and opportunities for professional development and upskillingWhat you will do: Main day-to-day contract contact for the largest compliance contract in New ZealandAttend and present at all the client monthly review meetingsResponsible for all client contract invoicing, etc.Complete the allocated administration of the account customers in an accurate and timely fashion associated with the management of current customersFoster internal relationships with the relevant roles throughout the businessProvide reporting as required by Clients agreementsProcess and request Purchase and Work orders for clients as requiredProvide data input of all required client information into allocated systemsProvide, File, lodge and or produce Compliance documentation as required by allocated clientsComplete invoicing procedures within required levels and time framesMaintain client communications around the day-to-day activity as per client requirementsProvide administration support to the teamHow you will do it: First point of contact for our valued customersEstablish and foster relationships with both external and internal clientsCommunicate with people at all levelsProviding accurate and reliable administration supportWhat we look for: Business Administration qualification preferred but not essentialMinimum of 3 years outbound customer service and/or sales experiencePrevious Administration experienceIntermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS OfficeBroad business experience preferred (not essential)Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skillsEfficient and impeccable customer service for new and existing clientsExceptional organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple expectationsNegotiation and conflict resolution skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of Mastermind would be a distinct advantageAbility to communicate with people at all levels throughout a large organisationPlease note pre-employment checks – including reference checks, medical, criminal record check, and drug & alcohol testing – will form part of the eligibility process.
