We are needing a Key Account Support to join our team in Auckland !

What you will do:
Main day-to-day contract contact for the largest compliance contract in New Zealand
Attend and present at all the client monthly review meetings
Responsible for all client contract invoicing, etc.
Complete the allocated administration of the account customers in an accurate and timely fashion associated with the management of current customers
Foster internal relationships with the relevant roles throughout the business
Provide reporting as required by Clients agreements
Process and request Purchase and Work orders for clients as required
Provide data input of all required client information into allocated systems
Provide, File, lodge and or produce Compliance documentation as required by allocated clients
Complete invoicing procedures within required levels and time frames
Maintain client communications around the day-to-day activity as per client requirements
Provide administration support to the team
How you will do it:
First point of contact for our valued customers
Establish and foster relationships with both external and internal clients
Communicate with people at all levels
Providing accurate and reliable administration support
What we look for:
Business Administration qualification preferred but not essential
Minimum of 3 years outbound customer service and/or sales experience
Previous Administration experience
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Office
Broad business experience preferred (not essential)
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
Efficient and impeccable customer service for new and existing clients
Exceptional organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple expectations
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Mastermind would be a distinct advantage
Ability to communicate with people at all levels throughout a large organisation
