We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and driven person to join the business as a Key Account Manager within the Nestlé Food & Beverages team. This is a great opportunity to work with market-leading brands and teams. You will be responsible for managing part of our Food & Beverages portfolio across Woolworths, New Zealand.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...

Reporting to the Head of Customer, you will work closely with the Woolworths team and will manage a select portfolio of some of our most exciting key brands. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our fantastic customer relationships while delivering the strong levels of growth in volume, value, and share that we and our customers have come to expect over recent times. In this role, key responsibilities include:

Develop a Customer Centric relationship with WoolworthsCreate and execute the annual plan based on business prioritiesMonitor and report results against the priorities360 feedback to applicable commercial team members, including Brand Managers and Category Development Managers to ensure market activities are celebrated or modified as requiredEngage with the Nestlé operations team (Field Sales and Territory Managers) through cycle activity and action feedback/requests WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

Minimum 3 years' experience in sales within FMCG GroceryPrevious experience in a similar Key Account Manager role, specifically working with Woolworths NZ, is highly desirable.Commercial acumen and a history of building successful relationships with your customers and stakeholders.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, Retail scan and loyalty data, and PowerBIOrganizational skills and the ability to balance priorities is key.A proactive and solution-focused mindset and the courage and creativity to push the boundaries to achieve desired outcomes for the business and the customer.An analytical mindset as you deep dive into performance indicators and drive improvements in business processes and resultsYour conviction will set you apart as will your passion for sales and resilience to work within a fast-paced agile environment.
