Fonterra Oceania is our newly formed entity that merges the Fonterra Brands New Zealand (FBNZ) and Fonterra Australia operations, aimed at enhancing our competitive position in the trans-Tasman dairy market. The integration of Fonterra Brands New Zealand (FBNZ) and Fonterra Australia builds on similarities to outperform the competition, create scale and synergies, and will strengthen our competitive edge. This role will join a team that helps to build an even stronger trans-Tasman dairy business with reach across Oceania and beyond.
About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi We are looking for a Key Account Executive to join our Foodservice Sales team, where you will provide support and work with the Sales Teams, Anchor Franchisees, Customers, and wider Fonterra team to help drive improved customer satisfaction, improved relationships, and timely issue resolution.
Reporting to the National Distributor Manager, this role is instrumental in ensuring our customers experience a seamless transition in the set up and maintenance of Customers Master Data, Anchor Franchisee liaison, asset management & managing assigned customer accounts. This is a varied role that will see you regularly engaging with our key customers such as pricing updates, attending and supporting trade shows, project management, and other support activities to ensure we meet our strategic objectives.
Based at Auckland Fanshawe St, this role offers fantastic exposure in a dynamic part of our business where you will work with various stakeholders, with lots of opportunities to progress your sales career.
About you | Ko wai koe You will be an organised, customer-focused superstar with a positive attitude and passion for sales and foodservice. You will have excellent communication skills, with an ability to quickly develop and maintain relationships. We want to hear from you if you have:
Previous experience in sales or sales supportUnderstanding of food service and FMGC industry will be highly advantageousExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organising skillsCommercial acumen and desire to grow this skillTech-savvy computer and systems ability including MS Suite and SAPTertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or other relevant field is preferred.Are you excited about this opportunity but may only meet some requirements?
