To this end, we have an Integrated Incentive Programme around sharing this abundance to every role within RGC.We are currently entering a phase of broadening our capability further and we seek individuals to join our team in the following roles:Kerbing SupervisorSenior Project ManagerThe RoleThe individual appointed to the Kerbing Supervisor role will be a hands-on leader with strong planning and logistic management abilities. An individual who enjoys being part of a fun, effective and successful team.Being aligned with RGC's 4 Pillars of Culture, Quality, Abundance and Principle Centred will see the right candidate truly prosper, benefiting all they interact with.Duties:To efficiently and diligently Site Supervise, whilst physically working within the specialist Kerbing crew.Ensuring assigned projects are completed safely. Prioritising safety and the wellbeing of your team.
