You will work closely with whanau to provide them with the skills, tools, and confidence to achieve and maintain a warmer, drier, safer home. You will primarily be working in the Manukau and Manurewa community and must be flexible to work between our CBD and Manukau locations. You will act as an advocate and connector for whanau to facilitate stronger relationships with relevant local community and government providers and organisations to address health or social-related needs impacted by their home conditions.About you:We are looking for a confident kaimahi with exceptional communication skills and a background in health or a similar role. You will be well-presented, approachable, and confident in a fully whanau engagement-focused role.
