This is a permanent, full-time ( hoursper week) position based in Mangere.As the Kaiwhakarite- Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of our organisation,ensuring a seamless experience for tauira (students), kaimahi (staff), andvisitors.
You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly,providing vital administrative support across various departments and ensuringresources are effectively managed.
Your proactive approach will shine as youassist with requisition processes, help maintain site resources, and supportevents, all while building strong relationships with kaimahi, stakeholders, andtauira.Yourproactive approach will shine as you take on challenges and develop yourprofessional skills, setting the foundation for a successful career inadministration.
Mou | About youWe'relooking for a self-motivated individual with a knack for organization andstrong communication skills, who is ready to embark on their professionaljourney and is not afraid of doing a bit of heavy lifting.You willalso bring with you:ACertificate in Business Administration or Computing (Level 3) would beadvantageous.
MUST have a FullNew Zealand Drivers' License, the ability to driver a manual would be abonusProven experiencein an administrative role, but we encourage applications from those eager tolearn and growThis roledoes have a physical requirement, so you must be comfortable with tasks thatinclude heavy liftingAnunderstanding of and able to use basic te reo Maori phrases, mihi and greetingsExcellentwritten and oral communication skillsProficientin Microsoft Office suite (ie Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher)Asa kaupapa Maori organisation, your willingness to participate in culturalactivities and develop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture andtikanga) will be key.Tonoa i tenei ra!
