Taonga Education Centre has a number of early childhood centres across the South Auckland area. We also offer Teen Parent Services for our whaea taiohi, pre- and post-natal. Our Mission is "Totally Acknowledging Our Next Generations Abilities" and so everything we do in the front line or in the back office is focussed on ensuring our kaimahi can deliver the services that help us achieve our mission. It's a busy role and not for the faint hearted, but if you're ready to roll up your sleeves, nau mai, haere mai. Qualifications & Experience Must have at least 3+ years of experience in a senior office admin role. Must be confident and competent in using Outlook, MS Chats, Office 365. Preference given if you can use Microsoft Power Automate, Forms, Canva and other apps. Tasks & Responsibilities Provide admin support to our Early Childhood Centres. Property maintenance and coordination of trade contractors. Fleet maintenance and coordination of registrations, WOF, repairs, etc. Administration support for HR, Recruitment, Health & Safety, and Emergency Management. Onboarding and exiting of kaimahi / tamariki / whaea taiohi into our databases. Database maintenance and use. You will work closely with Accounts/Payroll and Senior Management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
