Mo tenei turangi mahi | About this role We need a Salesforce expert to join our join our busy and dynamic team. The Ministry engages with a wide range of external stakeholders, including Iwi/Maori, Councils, business and NGOs. This engagement supports the Ministry to develop better policy and initiatives. To keep this engagement coordinated and well planned, and create a record of our engagements across the ministry, we need to make sure we have an effective CRM. You will be responsible for administering, developing and optimising our CRM – Salesforce. Critical to a successful CRM is that the data is accurate, update to date and useful. This relies on people knowing how it should be used, and ensuring they put the right kind of information into the system at the right time. You will be one of the Ministry's Salesforce experts providing solution design, hands-on configuration and delivery. You will need to ensure that MfE Staff have the training and support they need to use it effectively. Most importantly you will help develop the CRM to be a tool that our people value and want to use. Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills and experience Our ideal candidate will offer: At least 2 years' experience as a Salesforce administrator Salesforce certification highly desirable At least 2 years' experience providing advice and consultancy for a CRM in medium to large organisation Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar Experience working with Agile delivery methods Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and time-management skills Commitment to developing your cultural capability in te ao Maori About the Team The Engagement Hub is responsible for driving best practice engagement and relationship management for the Ministry and holds an overview of all our activity. The CRM is an integral tool to help us record and manage our relationships and ensure we are engaging well with all our partners and stakeholders to inform and guide our work.
