Our role is to provide professional trustee services for Maori. We do this by carrying out the terms of trusts and ensuring the whenua is protected and enhanced for future generations.
The Trust Coordinator is responsible for supporting their Matanga Tuara Kawea | Trust Specialist and Kaitohutohu Tuara Taonga | Trust Advisor to manage a portfolio of trusts, maintaining an understanding of the affairs of each trust within the portfolio and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
Administration of trusts within a defined portfolioCollaboration with team members and other key stakeholders in preparation for owner and trustee meetings as well as Maori land court hearingsCreation of meeting materials, including meeting invitations, presentations and reports, and provision of supporting documentationResponding to enquiries from customers and other stakeholdersUpdating core administration systems in accordance with our processesContribute to the preparation of Maori Land Court applicationsBuild strong and effective relationships with your team, Trustees, land owners and all key stakeholders.Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of proven experience in a customer service or administration role within a medium to large organisationA genuine care for customers, with exceptional customer service skillsResilient, flexible and can think on your feetA friendly and approachable nature, you enjoy being part of a high performing teamAn ability to build relationships both internally and externally through open and clear communication, both verbal and writtenExcellent attention to detail, technically savvy with the confidence to navigate multiple systemsGood time management and organisation skills.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.Experience or an understanding of the rural sector would be beneficial.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and/or M365 is a plus.Me pehea te tono | How to apply: You can apply via SEEK or email us on [emailprotected].
