As well as producing, analysing and reporting on customer data as our Kaitatari Whakatairanga Pirihonga Loyalty Marketing Analyst you will develop measurement approaches to ensure campaigns are evaluated and aligned with our Loyalty strategy.

You will have the opportunity to Work with the loyalty marketing team to deliver a data driven approach to marketing campaigns and target audiencesManage a complex test and learn environment using such as through A/B testing, test and control groups and multivariate experiments to measure campaign effectiveness and maximise engagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, salesforce and data to build efficient, scalable and reusable data systems and modelsLeverage automated offer/campaign performance reporting to present post campaign analysis back to stakeholdersInterpret data, identify patterns and deliver actionable insights to the marketing team to support decision makingBe at the forefront of Z's industry rewards programme!
Qualifications What you'll bring to Z A highly curious and analytical mindset, with skills using data tools such as SQL, Databricks and Power BIThe ability to work at pace and turn around requests in tight timeframesExperience analysing customer behaviour to inform marketing activityA proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on improving member experiences and delivering measurable resultsThe ability to collaborate across teams and lead projects that require cross-functional cooperationExcellent communication skills, across a range of people and mediums, presenting technical information to a range of audiencesA drive for success and to contribute to a world class loyalty programme at ZAnd of course, you'll be passionate about what matters to Z, embracing and living our values to help us deliver on our aspirations and broader commitment to Aotearoa New Zealand.
