Job Description Joining us as a Kaitaki Hautaonga Product Manager will see you become part of an established Product and Design function who own Z's digital experiences across web and app.
You'll own the development and optimisation of Z's web channels, with a focus on championing the voice of the customer and building toward Z's strategic objectives – creating a truly digitally enabled business.
This role can be based in either Tamaki Makaurau Auckland or Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington.
You will have the opportunity to: Manage the day-to-day operations associated with?z.co.nz;?caltex.co.nz and other Z group domains and microsites, delivering leading omnichannel customer experiences Being the single point of contact for prioritising the enhancement and development of the web platform Ensuring alignment of all resources, stakeholders and partner resources Support marketing initiatives and campaigns including key performance metrics across engagement, acquisition and retention of our web channels Be a champion for online channel management in both content and experience across public, secure and fully authenticated channel experiences.
Ensure effective collaboration with agency partners and stakeholders across Z Qualifications What you'll bring to Z Experience maintaining and building web platforms and experiences Comfortable partnering with Delivery – managing the backlog, roadmap A deep appreciation for how digital experiences create customer engagement, and an understanding of how different channels can be leveraged Experience working with a CMS SilverStripe experience is advantageous Experience partnering with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external And of course, you'll be passionate about what matters to Z, embracing and living our values to help us deliver on our aspirations and broader commitment to Aotearoa New Zealand.
