Te Ha Oranga is a Maori Health Provider that delivers a diverse range of Primary Health Care services across the rohe of Ngati Whatua. Our Organization is committed to Kaupapa Maori Tikanga and Principals.
We are looking for a Kaimanaaki- Whanau Support Worker to join our Mobile Nursing Service in Dargaville - who is a caring, motivated and positive person.
The role will require working in some very rural isolated areas so ideally we are looking for someone who is able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
This role is focused on providing comprehensive Whanau Ora care to whanau and we will require someone with the following attributes:
comprehensive knowledge, skills and experience in working with whanau;
relevant health qualifications and support work experience;
a team member who is able to support and work well within their team and take leadership where required;
have a full, clean driver's license;
have a clean police vet check.
This position is for 24 hours per week; however, other capacities may be considered.
