We're seeking a Kaihautu/Practice Leader to provide clinical leadership in addiction services through a Te Ao Maori approach. This role is central to supporting tangata whaiora and whanau to achieve hauora, recovery, and sustainable outcomes.
Kaihautu | Practice Leader | Christchurch The Role Lead clinical oversight and best practice development in addiction services. Drive culturally focused, evidence-based approaches integrating Matauranga Maori. Partner with the Service Manager to plan and deliver services in line with governance direction. Inspire and empower kaimahi through training, supervision, and professional development. Develop and apply evaluation tools to measure outcomes, inform improvements, and ensure quality care. What You'll Bring Expertise in Matauranga Maori clinical practice, addiction treatment, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles. Proven leadership experience that empowers teams and fosters collaboration. Strong clinical capability, including programme development and continuous improvement.
