We are seeking an innovative and collaborative kaiako to lead our middle school from term 1, 2025. Applicants will have proven teaching experience and will teach a Y3–4 class, leading a team of three passionate and experienced educators.The successful applicant will be able to create a vibrant learning environment that is akonga centred and engaging. They should have an excellent understanding of best current practice, be future-thinking and solution-focused, and possess the leadership skills to inspire and enhance the capability of all teachers in the team.You will be part of a supportive and encouraging leadership team with a focus on implementing our strategic plan and developing practice by engaging fully with implementing the Refreshed NZ Curriculum for Phases 2 & 3.
