Underpinning this is some clever tech, research playbooks and data.We work with leading brands in NZ and AU across consumer goods and services such as Asahi, Tegel, Danone, Goodman Fielder, Southern Cross and we've got ambitious global growth aspirations.The role:We're looking for a Junior UI Designer to support our product design team in delivering polished and impactful experiences to our users.In this role, you'll work alongside experienced product designers and engineers to help refine and perfect the form and function of our interfaces.This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in a collaborative environment, surrounded by a team dedicated to delivering a best-in-class experience for our users through emergent technologies and innovative tools.What you'll be doing:Support Product Designers: Work with designers to hone visual elements and ensure designs meet our quality standards.Prepare Designs for Hand-Off: Assist in organising design files, finalising details, and helping create documentation to make hand-off smooth for developers.Collaborate with QA: Work with QA to support consistent and accurate implementation of designs across different devices and platforms.Assist with Design System Maintenance: Help manage and apply design tokens and keep our design system up to date.About you:Attention to Detail: You take pride in the little things, noticing what makes a design feel complete and consistent.Creative and Experimental: You're excited about exploring innovative, AI-powered design and development solutions and are open to experimenting with new tools and techniques.Eagerness to Learn: You're enthusiastic about growing your skills in UI design and learning about design systems.Familiar with Design Tools: You have some experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and are excited to dive deeper.Experience: 1-2 years in UI design or related field (including internships and projects).Education: A Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Why Ideally?We're a tight-knit, supportive and super motivated team with the ambitious goal to take Ideally global and help innovation and marketing teams put great ideas out in the world.
