Every time.About the role.We are looking to invest in a driven Junior Site Manager to join our friendly team in Auckland who is keen to learn and grow with Stack. While you'll largely be site based, you'll have the opportunity to spend time in our office, too – conveniently placed on the edge of Victoria Park.Working closely with a Senior Site Manager, the Junior Site Manager will provide essential support to our project delivery team in collaboration with our Project Managers & Quantity Surveyors to deliver commercial interior fit out projects, from start to finish.The role will require both collaborative and independent work, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment and an opportunity to gain valuable site management experience under the guidance of respected Site Managers. At Stack, we are committed to growth and development, and this role presents an excellent opportunity for career progression.Who we're looking for.Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a junior site manager or assistant, or in a similar roleNew Zealand industry experience essentialA background working within a construction, or interior fit out firm is preferredAttention to detail and a focus on quality assuranceKnowledge and experience using the Microsoft SuiteExperience using CAT Projects and Pro Core preferredExceptional communication skillsOrganised and proactiveThrives with variety in a multi-challenging environment - no two days will be the same!What you'll be doing each day.Daily co-ordination of sub-contractors & suppliersSupporting delivery and ensuring adherence to project programmesSupporting preparation of weekly construction reportsCo-ordination of documentation control and distributionAttending weekly site meetings and reportingCo-ordination all aspects of H&SCo-ordination and execution of remedials.Join us!
