Junior Rugby Development Lead – Grammar TEC & Carlton Juniors We are looking for a passionate Junior Rugby Development Lead, to drive engagement and growth within the Grammar TEC Juniors and Carlton Junior Rugby Clubs.
Are you ready to lead the junior rugby program for one of New Zealand's most dynamic Rugby Clubs and in doing so shaping its future?
We are seeking a dedicated individual to drive the success and growth of our junior clubs across all formats of the game.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication and delivery plans to connect the club with the local Schools and the community.
Organise activities to promote junior rugby programs and events.
Engage with stakeholders to understand community needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Work closely with volunteers to ensure effective delivery of junior rugby initiatives.
Oversee all operations of the junior clubs.
Build and maintain relationships with staff, players, coaches, sponsors, volunteers and the wider rugby community to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.
Promote a culture where our kids are enjoying the game and having fun with their friends.
What We're Looking For
Background in rugby development and community engagement at a junior level.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with schools and community organisations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with database management and associated technology.
Someone to grow key relationships across the club's Management Committee, sponsors, supporters and key sector stakeholder the Auckland Rugby Union.
