Our values of authenticity, passion, purpose, innovation and community help build a culture of inclusivity and self-expression.We are on the lookout for a Junior Retail Analyst at our Christchurch head office whose values align and can collaborate as part of a team to embody our brand ethos and drive the business forward.The RoleAs a Junior Retail Analyst, your key responsibilities will be:Managing our replenishment process with an aim of maintaining a strong in-stock position of key lines.Collecting, organising and analysing data from a variety of sources to support business decisions.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.Building relationships with franchise partners and suppliers to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.Analysing stock inflow against targets and creating action plans.The ideal candidate will have:Experience in retail, business analysis or inventory/supply chain roles is an advantage.Familiarity with intelligence/reporting platforms (e.g. PowerBI) is advantageous.Good business acumen.Ability to prioritise, multitask and work under pressure.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A willingness to learn and develop their skillset.Opportunity to upskill across retail planning & support.Paid car park in central Christchurch.If this sounds like you, we'd love you to apply!
