Junior Hand Therapist

The Studio Physiotherapy – Queenstown, South IslandThe Studio Queenstown is looking for a physiotherapist or occupational therapist wanting to step into the challenging and rewarding world of hand therapy.About you:You'll need to be a New Zealand registered physio or OT, with at least two years' experience and an evidence-based approach to healthcare, someone with great clinical reasoning, and excellent people skills – a balance of caring and expertise. Basically, the physio we'd like to send our mum to.About the job:Full-time, 35-40 hours per week. This is a permanent position, starting March 2025.We'll provide you with training in Hand Therapy (either university, in-house or both; depending on your residency status) and you'll be mentored by a team of registered hand therapists while seeing a varied case load of acute and post-surgical clients.There'll be some driving involved, and the use of a company vehicle is possible as part of your salary package.About The Studio:The Studio is a team of eight physios working in three locations: Lake Hayes, Queenstown, and Cromwell. We're a centre of excellence for hand therapy, concussion rehabilitation, pilates, and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.We aim to provide the best working environment for our team and believe that translates to the best care for our clients.You'll be based in Queenstown, so if an active lifestyle is something you value, then this is the place for you!
