Junior Finance Manager

Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Finance Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills while managing a small team in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a small finance team, ensuring collaboration and high performance.Support the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Assist in managing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring compliance with internal controls.Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, driving process efficiency.Contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and audit requirements.Provide financial insights and reports to senior management to support strategic decisions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team.What We're Looking For:A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in a finance role with some leadership or team supervision exposure.Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting standards.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.If you're passionate about finance and ready to grow your career while leading a small team, we'd love to hear from you.
