Junior Finance Manager

About the role:
As a Junior Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in managing financial operations and providing insights to support business decision-making. Working closely with senior management, you will contribute to budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis to drive performance. Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial policies.
Support audits and internal controls.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a commercial accounting environment.
CPA or CA qualified (essential).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in financial software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, SAP).
Strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate across teams.
