This is a full-time position from 40 to 45 hours per week!

Are you a dental receptionist looking for more hours and development into leadership? Eager to take on a management role in a dynamic dental practice? We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Dental Practice Manager to oversee operations, drive solutions, and ensure exceptional patient care.

What We're Looking For:

Proven management experience, ideally in healthcare or dental

Excellent communication skills and ability to handle patient concerns with empathy and quick solutions

Strong organizational skills with experience in roster management

A team player who thrives on motivating others and improving processes

What You'll Do:

Lead, motivate, and organize staff schedules to ensure smooth operations

Handle patient appointments, billing, and financial management

Provide exceptional communication to resolve patient complaints quickly and efficiently

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and keep the practice well-stocked

Approach challenges with a solution mindset, keeping the team focused and effective

Help drive marketing initiatives and manage our social media presence
