Business Development Manager Argus, a globally growing provider of GPS tracking solutions for light commercial fleet vehicles, is seeking an entry level BDM to join the team hunting new leads and managing their journey through our sales funnel all the way to becoming a subscribing customer. About You We're looking for you, an entry level BDM who can quickly understand our customer, empathize with their pain points, and help them revolutionize their fleet. You will have a few years' experience in a sales driven role, ideally in a hunting outbound sales team. You'll need to be confident and cheerful by nature, intuitive and adaptable to handle the range of different personalities you'll encounter. The ideal candidate must have an excellent, confident telephone manner, comfortable recording every step of their client conversations into our sales CRM, and will ideally have a solid background working in sales. Any knowledge of GPS software or telematics hardware technologies is a definite bonus. About the Job This role requires you to manage our customers from woe to go within our sales team. You must be an expert at hunting opportunities and quickly developing relationships, focusing on the customer needs in order to overcome their concerns rapidly. You'll then ensure their experience is consistent and followed up as they progress through our short training program. In fact you'll be so good, that once our customers are onboard, they'll never want to talk with you again (in a positive way)!
