Key Responsibilities:
Participate in regular client reviews to discuss policy changes, assess current needs, and provide ongoing support and service improvements.
Ensure all client interactions, policy documents, and compliance records are accurately documented and maintained.
Stay informed on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory updates to provide up-to-date information to clients and the team.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Rural and SME clients, ensuring their unique needs are understood and addressed.
Assist with the preparation, processing, and administration of new policies, renewals, and endorsements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
You will have:
At least 1-2 years of experience in a broker support position
Level 5 general insurance strand qualification
New Zealand experiences necessary
Motivated to grow and challenge yourself in a role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in CRM systems
