Job Summary:  We're looking for a highly motivated Junior Advisor/Administrator to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for working alongside our advisers to write reports, complete applications and claims, alongside other administrative duties.
Ideally, this role will provide a career pathway to becoming an insurance advisor.
Responsibilities:  Assisting with writing accurate reportsCarefully going through applications online with clientsSensitively dealing with claimsGeneral administrative dutiesWorking with insurance companiesWorking towards becoming an advisorSkills and Experience:  Essential SkillsFamiliarity with computer systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)Good communicationAble to work effectively as part of a teamAble to work efficiently on individual tasksWillingness to learn and develop new skills/abilitiesQualifications:  Level 3 NCEANZCFS Level 5 preferred but not essential, training and qualifications will be provided for the right candidateLocation and Work Schedule:  Location: Lake Road, TakapunaWork Schedule: 8:30 – 5pm Monday to Friday The expectation is that you will work from the office during the week
