Job Description Te Haeata/The OpportunityThis is a rare opportunity for an experienced technology support specialist to provide technology advise and support to members of the Judiciary and their support staff.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join a team of people who pride themselves on delivering a high standard of support to our important customers.
You will provide desk-side and remote technology support and coaching, to ensure the quick resolution of faults and issues, meaning that technology does not hinder the delivery of justice for the NZ public.
O pukenga/Skills and Experience If you have these skills, we would love to hear from you!The ability to quickly establish and build strong working relationships and to develop trust and credibility with key stakeholders.Strong interpersonal capability to effectively communicate complex technology topics to diverse audiences, both orally and in writing.Well versed working in a Microsoft environment, using Office applications, and troubleshooting common issues, as well as the ability to quickly learn new technology systems and tools.Confident in training delivery and coaching to improve technology understanding.In addition:Due to the geographic distribution of our business, some travel will be required.
You must be able to work independently and hold a current full New Zealand driver license.You have a high standard of personal presentation that shows respect for the role of you key customers.ITIL qualification is an advantage.Knowledge of the Justice Sector and Government is preferred.

Utu a-tau/SalaryThe remuneration band for this role is between $68,050 to $94,348.
The appointing salary will be based on your skills and experience.
